I ate so much junk today, and I'm ok with that.
Because it was one day, it won’t kill me. And you know what, I enjoyed it. It was very nice. Tomorrow I’ll go back to eating right.  As best as I can, that is. I’m back home for the weekend and mom is going to take me out on adventures. This usually leads to eating out/fast food.  I will try my best. :- )

Has anyone had a problem switching certain foods...
For me, I changed my meat to lean meat instead of red meat. I thought it would be hard but it really isn’t. I actually prefer turkey bacon to normal bacon ( not to say normal bacon isn’t delicious, but I like that it’s not as fatty ), and ground turkey still makes for delicious meat loafs and burgers. I used to weight 245 pounds.
I think I gained a few pounds (maybe 5), but it doesn’t bother me that much anymore. It’s no longer the end of the world, but a problem easily fixed. Because if I can lose 45 pounds, I can lose a measly 5.
